I ordered this one twice. I found that it came right up and was easy to install using basic CCTV cameras and the iPhone app. When I opened it to install a hard drive, I discovered that the circuit board had corrosion on it in two separate locations on opposite sides. I immediately ordered a second one and returned my first one. After receiving the new one I attempted to add some new 960H cameras to it as the specs state it supports up to 8 of them. I discovered that there is not a way for me to set the system to 960H and designate the ports or cameras that are analog. The manual that comes with it states that it is for the DVR model only which I thought was what I purchased but the manual does not match up with what is on the screen. I went to their site dvripcam which is found on the back of their manual and downloaded the software, manuals, and went through their operation videos. I have to admit that their site had a lot of information on it except for how to setup the 960H analog cameras. The site goes over other models and shows how to connect it to cameras using Power Over Ethernet (POE). It easily works with the Android and IPhone App as long as you are connected to the same WiFi connection or you have your handheld device is on a VPN connected to your home router or through some sore of Remote connection on your network. This will not work without a connection to your personal router. I do like this product. It serves its purpose and does a great job for the little amount I paid for it. I would recommend it to anyone to use but not with 960H cameras. The software you download to your computer appears to be specific to IP cameras. The app for the android and iphone uses NVSIP. The app is very easy to use as well and connects effortlessly to the DVR. I am returning it because I could not get it to work with my 960H cameras as advertised. There are also three different manuals on the site. They are for NVR, DVR, and XVR. Make sure you locate the correct one that relates to your product.

Ok product. Doesn't have a set up for recording length of motion sensor. So it only records for a couple of seconds. Also the motion sensor is very weak.

Great picture but turns off and on for no reason

It's seems to work the mouse for it does not work had to use one I already had another one oh hand and it seems to work although the app does not work that well.

It's ok
