been install DVR for many customers. I had to say all the new DVR setups are way easier than it use to be. No more port forwarding, no more IP address, no more static/dynamic, all it have left is the QR code for the smartphone app and DVR can be ready in just 5 minutes. This DVR app is very similar to other big brand, but less expensive, setup as easy as 1,2,3! Screen resolution is good, but also depends on camera quality. So far, I'm satisfied with this DVR, nothing bothers to give it 5 stars!
