Took a while to arrive to Portugal (32 days), but it was worth the wait. Well packed, the only but was a bent USB connector, which was easily fixed with a pair of pliers. The manual, in English, is clear and easy to follow. The device worked fine on first tests - I was able to recover recordings more than 30 years old! I'm very satisfied with the product and would highly recommend it.
