SADA V101 Speaker Bar Computer Speakers 3.5mm Wired Computer Sound Bar Rich Bass USB Powered Soundbar Speaker for PC TV Smart Phone Tablets Desktop Laptop

This soundbar seems to be made for laptops since it is powered by usb. I bought it for my desktop after my good speakers went kaput. I havent really listened to music and really just needed a speaker to play sound. For that it works nice. Not the deepest bass and miss some of the surround sound my other speakers had. The speaker provides ample volume and decent quality. It looks nice and saves a lot of room on my desk from my bulky bookshelf speakers.

The soundbar is extremely sturdy, well built, and works better than i had hoped. The bass is nice and thick, and doesn't distort the sound at all, or make any unnecessary crackles etc. when turned up. My one and only con is that when the computer is shutdown/powered down, the soundbar stays on. I wasn't expecting that. The power source is plugged into the PC, so I was assuming when it is shutdown, it would stop power to the soundbar, leaving the very bright volume light illuminating in a dark room in the middle of the night. Other than that, great soundbar.

I've had some old computer speakers for some time that are pretty ugly. I finally pulled the trigger on a new slim speaker, and trashed the old ones. These speaker/sound bar looks great with my dual monitor setup. It gives my desk a much more cleaner look over the old speakers. I'm happy with it overall.
