works really well. More versatile than standard USB-C cables as these can be plugged into the more common USB "A" found on computers and most phone chargers. This eliminates the need for me to carry a separate USB-C charger when travelling.

I probably own more than my fair share of devices that use USB cables, and I've either lost or broken a number of cables over the years. Cheap USB cables are available everywhere, of course, but cables that last can be harder to find. This cable, which I bought to charge my new smartphone in my car, is The Good Stuff at a better-than-average price. Let me tell you, it's gone through a lot in the months that I've been using it -- getting jerked out of USB sockets, stepped on, pulled out from under whatever I toss into the passenger seat, etc. -- and it keeps on working well.

I bought this to sync my 12.9 iPad Pro (2018) with my MacBook Pro that doesn’t have A USB C port. Works well. Much cheaper than apples 20 dollar cable. It also charges but I’ll mainly stick with the USB cable that came with the iPad that has USB C on both ends.
