I was first afraid of using this because of current going through. However When I started reducing current going through & slowly increased the current I am now using it without any fear & hence feeling better. I use this product to get knots out and to release tight muscles due to fibromyalgia. I have actually used this pen on a friend that was halfway paralyzed on left side due to a stroke. It released the knots and gave more usage to the arm.
