They are literally underwear. Be warned. It wasn’t what I wanted to I returned it. Nothing against the product itself.

These are so great and super padded. At first I walked a little funny but once I had them on for a while the padding loosen up.

These biking underwear work great, they provide excellent cushion for hour cycle classes. I have been using them for months and they are great quality. I highly recommend them.

My husband bought these shorts for me as a gift and I loved them so much I bought a second pair. I ride on a cushioned seat, but after testing the shorts out for a few rides and then riding without them, I could feel the difference immediately. These cushion every bump and pothole, and or make a long ride more comfortable. I notice the cushioning mostly in the seat where the pressure points are on the pelvic bones and not so much in the crotch area where the horn of the seat is. They are lightweight and fit easily under any riding garment giving a double layer of protection/cushion. I won't ride without them and would recommend them to anyone.
