The light is a pretty soft blue but no bugs caught yet.

Nice and bright lantern made of plastic. It;s made cheap with a cheap click push button, although I only bought this for a back up lantern so hopefully I will never have to use it.. One thing I would like to improve is to dim the lights on it and save battery life.

It is a practical flashlight, it shines well and it is easy to recharge. I recommend it.
