I bought this set to make pilates, and the truth comes very complete. The elastic band may be low hardness, but I find it great because I'm starting out, but for those who are more expert to take it into account. Otherwise, everything very well.

this yoga set is great for beginners that want to learn yoga, it includes all the training sets that i need. i really need a sets like this that i can afford it.

Just what I need to add to my yoga routine. I have added yoga to my workout routine to stay loose and I always seemed to need a block and a strap to help stretch put these legs. Yes the ball is smaller like other reviews and the description have mentioned but it's perfect for what I need it for.
