Very lightweight shorts. I have other shorts with in-built undershorts but these ones are much lighter. As for the fit, very good round the waist and feel so soft. They fit perfectly as there is plenty of stretch. In terms of performance. I've done a couple of different types of workout and the shorts performed really well. Definitely exceeded my expectations they are comfortable than I had imagined they would.
