Suspension Bike Seatpost Shock Absorber Seat Pole MTB Bike Seat Tube 31.6x350mm / 27.2x350mm Bike Seat Post

I'm a commuter and local grocery shopper. The diameter of the one I received was a bit wide for my 27.2 seat tube so I had to grind off a millimeter of paint and some metal with a flat metal file before it fit. I put some silicone grease on the tube before I slid it in. The minimum height of the suspension tube, from the seatpost collar to the mounting is 4 inches. I’m not tall so i had to compensate when I stopped by hopping forward off the seat and straddle the bike while standing. The seatpost softens small bumps and pot holes in the street so my bones aren't shocked and I have better control of the bike. The spring strength is adjustable but I'm using it in the normal setting.

I like this product and I would recommend it. This makes riding any bike much more comfortable. My bum & back hurts much less from riding my bike using this product compared to using standard seat posts since this product absorbs all the bumps along your bike ride.

Put it on my cannondale comfort bike, barely moves even after changing damping system. Could have something to do with me being 160pounds

My e-bike is not suspended, so unexpected potholes can really rattle the molars. This seat post doesn't afford one an air-pillow ride, but it does take the sting out of the nastier bumps on our roadways. At the price, it's well worth the purchase.

I got this mainly to replace a breaking saddle mount bolt and only chose this suspension post in the vague hope it might be nice. But the suspension is awesome! Those surprise jolts through your spine (when running over objects you didn't notice) are gone! How simple.
