Needed something better than a bell to alert when I had a fish on. Our dock is a ways away from the house and I can hear the alarm and see the light go off at night. I missed way too many big cats when they stayed on the line too long because I could not see the poles bend with the bite at night. These solved the problem. They are simple to use and so far work great!

They arrived on time. I have put them on several types of rods and you can find a place to put them where they will work. I like the fact that they work even while free spooling. I would recommend them.

I've played with many times of alarms, these are decent, actually really nice. They don't fly off your rod when casting or setting hooks. They are loud. I fell asleep in the boat on a slow night, and it woke me up to a bite. I like these and will buy more!

I got these for my husband for fathers day. We have been using them for months and they haven't died yet! They are actually pretty amazing.. He loved them as soon as he opened them! There is no volume control that's why I gave it a love rating for volume control however u can hear them across the lake so no worries if u won't hear them or not. We use them every time we night fish. They come in super handy!! I'm ordering more as soon as I can!! I highly recommend!

The calm on these are strong like at least 3lbs of bite, the alarm is very loud Probably hear it a 100 ft away
