Customer service is REALLY good! After I bought two of these - one yellow and one white, the plastic housing on the bottom latch/clip broke the first time I used the yellow one. If I put a lot of weight on the pole, the bottom portion collapsed on me. However, they sent me not just one replacement part, but three! Now the pole works perfectly!
