These are fantastic!! I have 3 kiddos under 3 so getting to the gym isn’t exactly an option. The over the door anchor and handles are so helpful. I can even let my boys join in with the lighter tension bands.

This is a great addition to your home gym. The band is of good quality. They are small but thinner than the other brands I have, but I still think they are very strong and they will keep me for a long time. For the price, you can not beat this set. It comes with accessories and a trophy strap. I need a new trophy band because I've been around for a while. I have used my suit several times to exercise without any problem!
